RISE
In beginning RISE started its relief services which were entirely bottomed on self-generating fund for couple of years, afterwards the last three years humanitarian activities have been carried out on the hold-up local donations from partners as well as local donors.
RISE evolved very rapidly & provided effective services in different fields of livelihood, education, Health, Agriculture, Rehabilitation (food and house holds distributions) and awareness diffusion programmes towards sustainable rural development. RISE is working with poor & marginalized communities locally and currently extending its approaches for the achievement of national objectives. With round the clock; RISE has broadened its thematic working area i.e. education, health, community services, community physical infrastructure development and water sanitation, Livelihood, Agriculture, livestock, Relief & rehabilitation/reconstruction.
RISE is working with rural populace of FATA / PATA Agencies for their development through community organization, livelihood improvement, healthcare and hygiene promotion as well as ensuring the provision of the social services.
It has been the major distinction for the organization that it endowed voluntarily with the relief assistance and facilitated basic needs on its own behalf to the earth quake affectees of October 2005. RISE has also been very active in rescue and rehabilitation activities in the flood during 2006 which badly affected Mardan city, Moreover, the Internally Displaced People (IDPs) being migrated in the armed conflicted areas of Swat, Bajaur and Buner in the year 2009.
The RISE also advanced their hands for up-keeping and rehabilitation of flood affected people of Khyber Pakhtun Khwa particularly district Charsadda, Nowshera, Swat and District Dir.
The main commitments of this organization are to develop the potentials of vulnerable and marginalized populations through effective action, self-reliance, community organization and human institutional development. RISE aims to empower depressed women, children and special children with knowledge and skills necessary to protect their rights as humans and respectable citizens.
