- Provided temporary shelters to earth quake affected people in 2005.
- Distributed food items as well as potable water to the earth quake affected people.
- Rescue and relief operation for the flood affectees of district Mardan in August 2006.
- Distribution of food items and arranged shelters to the Internally Displaced persons of District Swat, Buner and Bajaur Agency.
- Distribution of cheques amongst the IDPs with coordination of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal.
- Distribution of Hygiene kits and household items among the IDPs provided by SPO and Pak Army.
